Development History
Dedicated to the exploration and innovation of products in the hydraulic field
-
2004
A specialized company established in Ningbo, comprising teams dedicated to hydraulic press technology, after-sales support, and sales.
-
2006
Lixin Hydraulic registered its trademark and, in the same year, established a manufacturing facility in Zhongshan, Guangdong, thereby initiating the comprehensive team-building process for the production and R&D of Lixin hydraulic presses. The company positioned its product development focus on hydraulic presses tailored for the metal shaft component forming process.
-
2008
Established a manufacturing facility in Ningbo to initiate a specialized enhancement of in-house R&D capabilities and to expand product manufacturing capacity. Key technical features include electro-hydraulic directional control systems and the expanded application of CNC programming.
-
2011
A 2,500-ton single-cylinder hydraulic press has been manufactured and delivered to the client. Concepts of high efficiency, energy conservation, and digitalization are now being integrated into our product R&D philosophy.
-
2014
Established a manufacturing facility in Ningbo to initiate a specialized enhancement of in-house R&D capabilities and to expand product manufacturing capacity. Key technical features include hydraulic systems utilizing two-way cartridge valves, as well as the expanded application of CNC programming.
-
2015
Ningbo Pruida was established. Tailored to the specific process characteristics of metal hot pressing, a 1,000-ton high-speed hot die forging hydraulic press was successfully developed and delivered to a client; featuring a hot forging speed of 250 mm/s, this achievement laid a solid foundation for future technological expansion and reserves.
-
2016
In response to the demands for precision forming processes in metalworking, a servo-driven precision hydraulic press has been successfully developed, achieving a breakthrough in accuracy with a tolerance of ±0.06 per 1,000 cycles. Since its inception, Zilixin Hydraulic Press has built its foundation upon programmable control; through successive technological iterations—spanning the application of switch signals, electronic linear scales, optical linear encoders, absolute analog displacement sensors, and absolute digital bus-based displacement sensors—the company has successfully realized closed-loop control technology utilizing C++ programming.
-
2019
The precision of our servo-driven precision hydraulic presses has undergone further enhancement, achieving a breakthrough accuracy of ±0.03 over 5,000 cycles. Consequently, Lixin Hydraulic Press has established a new benchmark in the application of servo hydraulic technology, defining a commercial product series characterized by the integration of absolute-value analog displacement sensors and absolute-value digital bus systems.
-
2020
Committed to technological innovation and guided by a product philosophy of "energy efficiency, high performance, and connectivity," we have been honored with the prestigious title of "National High-tech Enterprise." We remain equally dedicated to innovation in quality.
-
2021
The servo-driven precision hydraulic press has achieved a breakthrough in displacement control accuracy of 0.01 mm and pressure control accuracy of 0.03%. It has been delivered in batches to military manufacturing facilities for the production of precision components, enabling real-time, online monitoring, recording, and statistical analysis of both displacement and pressure.
-
2022
Driven by a broader vision for growth, Prida established Jiangsu Yanduan Co., Ltd. as a wholly owned subsidiary. Leveraging the R&D expertise of its Ningbo-based parent company, the new entity has significantly expanded its capabilities in product development, manufacturing, and assembly. It is now advancing toward a production capacity for hydraulic presses featuring individual unit capacities of up to 20,000 tons, unit weights of 500 tons, and a net height of 13 meters. Its strategic focus lies in the R&D and production of precision high-speed die forging hydraulic presses, multi-directional cold/warm forging hydraulic presses, and specialized hydraulic presses tailored for specific industrial sectors.
-
2023
The construction of the Jiangsu Yanduan factory has been successfully completed. Drawing upon years of technical expertise and reserves, the high-speed precision die forging hydraulic press—developed in-house—has officially entered production; system networking and operational trials were successfully concluded at the end of 2023.
-
2024
The precision die-forging hydraulic press, designated as the PYH-800WM, successfully completed all testing in April. It achieved impressive technical results and received on-site validation and approval from experts at the China Forging Association. Featuring a high-speed hot forging rate of 187 mm/s and displacement control accuracy within 0.22 mm, the machine enables the digital configuration of all process parameters, thereby satisfying the distinct speed requirements for hot forging, warm forging, and cold extrusion operations.
